			<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p>There is a job vacancy announcement, <strong>open through March 10, 2008</strong>, for a <strong>civil engineering position with the National Park Service</strong> in the Intermountain Regional Office located in Denver, Colorado.  The job requires design experience with an <strong>emphasis in small water and wastewater systems</strong>.  Currently, most design is done in house.  In the future, some work will be done through contracts with a/e firms. The Intermountain region provides support to 90 national parks located throughout Montana, Wyoming, Utah, Colorado, Arizona, New Mexico, Oklahoma and Texas.  Some of the parks are so small and remote, it&#8217;s like working for a third world country!
