SCE members know that Maury Albertson has been a fixture in the sustainable development community for a long time. His many life-time achievements mark him as a truly remarkable individual.
In recognition of his 90th birthday, Village Earth is honoring Maury at a Gala fundraiser starting at 6 pm August 23 at the Horsetooth Marriott in Fort Collins. Maury founded Village Earth in 1993 to pursue sustainable development in the developing world.
Dr. Bernard Amadei, professor of Engineering at the University of Colorado and founder of Engineers without Borders, will be the Gala speaker. After-dinner dance music will be provided by After the Fire.
